GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We accept returns for a period of 15 days from purchase (both in store and online purchases) against store credit.
- The product must be returned in new condition in original packaging with sales receipt.
- We do not refund any shipping costs.
- Shipped orders: customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the item back to us.
- Liquidation, clearance, used and blem (small imperfections) item sales are final « as is, where is”. We will not accept returns, exchanges or credit.
- Product information such as images and descriptions may vary slightly from the actual product. In the case of used and blem products, the color may not be accurate as we do not track colours for these sorts of products. Please contact the store directly if you require this information.

- Offer limited to web orders shipped Standard Post within Canada.
- Your order has to meet Canada Post size and weight requirements. Oversize items, such as kayaks will not qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under $200 sent via Standard Post within Canada are $15.00.
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
Pickup your order in our store for free along with Kayak / SUP purchases (shipping option for kayaks / sup available for $235 - some conditions apply - see Kayak Shipping part below) Some conditions apply:
- Orders can be picked up for free even on oversized items. The pickup address is 3600 1st Street, suite 40, St-hubert, Quebec, Canada, J3Y8Y5
- We offer limited tracking for in-store pickup orders.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Orders are sent via Standard Post unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from St-Hubert, QC and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Please allow 2-12 days to receive your goods.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONSShipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. These restrictions include regional distribution agreements, hazardous or over-sized products.
KAYAK SHIPPING WITHIN CANADAKayaks can be shipped for $235 paid at checkout. Some rural postal codes are excluded along with territories of the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order if we cannot for the above reasons ship to you in which case you will be notified and be refunded immediately. KAYAK SHIPPING WITHIN USAKayaks can be shipped for $199.99 USD (or $270 CAD) paid at checkout. Some rural zip codes are excluded. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order if we cannot for the above reasons ship to you in which case you will be notified and be refunded immediately.
